Electricity: If you will need electricity at your booth, please select the electricity add-on when you complete your online ticket purchase.


Shipping Information: Shipping arrangements may be made through any carrier of your choice (e.g., FedEx, UPS). As the hotel does not maintain a designated shipping department, we kindly request that vendors coordinate return shipments by scheduling a pickup for the following day. Our staff will ensure all outbound packages are placed in the appropriate location for collection.


To assist with storage and logistics, we ask that all inbound shipments arrive no earlier than one week prior to the conference. The shipping address can be found below:

Exhibit Setup & Tear Down:  Exhibitor setup will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Upon arrival, all exhibitors are required to check in at the registration desk before proceeding to their designated area. Additional setup time will be available starting at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday; please note that conference attendees will begin arriving at 8:30 a.m. Teardown may commence following the conclusion of the conference, which is scheduled to adjourn at 11:45 a.m. on Friday.
