Electricity: Electricity will be provided at each booth.
Shipping Information: Shipping arrangements may be made through any carrier of your choice (e.g., FedEx, UPS). As the hotel does not maintain a designated shipping department, we kindly request that vendors place their boxes on their tables with the shipping label already on them.
To assist with storage and logistics, we ask that all inbound shipments arrive no earlier than three days prior to the conference. The shipping address can be found below:

Once you are at your booth, you will be given an "At Your Service" phone number to text with your booth name, number and number of boxes. Prairie Meadows staff will deliver your boxes at your booth.
Return Delivery
Exhibitors are responsible for providing pre‑paid return labels. When a label is provided, Prairie Meadows staff will arrange outgoing shipment after the event. Prairie Meadows has Fed Ex , UPS and US Mail options for your carrier. All packages must be ready to go by 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday for shipment. Packages received after 2:30 pm will be handled the following busienss day.
Instructions for return delivery:
- Place your prepaid shipping label on the box
- Arrange your pickup with your carrier
- Fill out the Prairie Meadows Package Form (given to you at the conference)
- Leave your box at your booth with the form on top
- Prairie Meadows will handle the rest
Exhibit Setup & Tear Down: Exhibitor setup will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Upon arrival, all exhibitors are required to check in at the registration desk before proceeding to their designated area. Additional setup time will be available starting at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday; please note that conference attendees will begin arriving at 8:30 a.m. Teardown may commence following the conclusion of the conference, which is scheduled to adjourn at 11:45 a.m. on Friday.
Exhibitor Breaks & Promotion Time:
Breakfast, lunch and breaks will be held in the same room (Skinner B&C) as the exhibitors for maximum face-to-face time with members.

- Exhibitor Breaks at 2:45-3:00 p.m. and 3:45-4:00 p.m. (Skinner B&C)
- Welcome Kick-Off Dinner: 6 p.m. (Brick and Ivy Rooftop - 400 34th Ave SW, Altoona, IA 50009 - Shuttle will be available to and from event)
- Thursday:
- Breakfast 8:30 am (Skinner B&C)
- Exhibitor Breaks at 10:45-11 a.m. and 2:30-2:45 p.m. (Skinner B&C)
- Lunch 12-1 p.m. (Skinner B&C)
- Exhibitor Dessert Break at 1-1:30 p.m. (Skinner B&C)
- Exhibitor Trade Show & Reception - 4-5:30 p.m. (Skinner B&C)
- Awards Dinner at 5:30 p.m. (additional cost) (AJ's Steakhouse at Prairie Meadows)
- Friday:
- Breakfast 8:30 am (Skinner B&C)
- Exhibitor Break: 10:30-10:45 a.m. (Skinner B&C)
