Electricity: Electricity will be provided at each booth.
Shipping Information: Shipping arrangements may be made through any carrier of your choice (e.g., FedEx, UPS). As the hotel does not maintain a designated shipping department, we kindly request that vendors place their boxes on their tables with the shipping label already on them.
To assist with storage and logistics, we ask that all inbound shipments arrive no earlier than three days prior to the conference. The shipping address can be found below:

Return Delivery
Exhibitors are responsible for providing pre‑paid return labels. When a label is provided, Prairie Meadows staff will arrange outgoing shipment after the event.
Exhibit Setup & Tear Down: Exhibitor setup will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Upon arrival, all exhibitors are required to check in at the registration desk before proceeding to their designated area. Additional setup time will be available starting at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday; please note that conference attendees will begin arriving at 8:30 a.m. Teardown may commence following the conclusion of the conference, which is scheduled to adjourn at 11:45 a.m. on Friday.

- Exhibitor Breaks at 2:45-3:00 p.m. and 3:45-4:00 p.m.
- Welcome Kick-Off Dinner: 6 p.m.
- Thursday:
- Breakfast 8:30 am
- Exhibitor Breaks at 10:45-11 a.m. and 2:30-2:45 p.m.
- Lunch 12-1 p.m.
- Exhibitor Dessert Break at 1-1:30 p.m.
- Exhibitor Trade Show & Reception - 4-5:30 p.m.
- Awards Dinner at 5:30 p.m. (additional cost)
- Friday:
- Breakfast 8:30 am
- Exhibitor Break: 10:30-10:45 a.m.
- Driver Award Dinner at 6:00 p.m. (additional cost)
