Location: Gateway Hotel and Conference Center 2100 Green Hills Drive Ames, Iowa 50014


Directions: We’re also roughly 30 miles north of the capital city of Des Moines. To reach us from downtown Des Moines, take I-235 to I-35 North. Stay on I-35 North for 24 miles. Then take the exit for US-30 West and continue onto University Boulevard before turning left onto Green Hills Drive.


Electricity: If you will need electricity at your booth, please email us at staff@iapublictransit.com. The deadline to request electricity is May 24, 2024.


Shipping Information

  • Gateway Hotel and Conference Center will only accept materials (3) three days or less in advance. If materials are shipped prior to (3) three days, a charge may be assessed due to limited space.
  • All packages must be labeled with the following information:
  • Event Name: IPTA Annual Conference

  • Function Date: June 5-6, 2024
  • "Hold for Arrival"
  • Gateway Hotel accepts UPS and FedEx and will have pickups available onsite.

Bus Display and Parking

Bus display and parking will be available in the Northwest Parking lot. Buses will be located right outside of where the Vendor Room and conference will be located allowing for easy access for participants.
