2024 IPTA Annual Meeting & Training Conference

Join us for the 2024 IPTA Annual Meeting & Training Conference! Every year, transit agency employees from across the state are invited to attend the IPTA Training Conference and Annual Meeting. 



This 3-day conference provides training on a variety of topics to benefit multiple staff positions such as transit leaders, managers, maintenance, drivers, administrators, and mobility coordinators. 


This year, the agenda includes several general sessions covering a wide range of training topics. Businesses within the transit industry are also invited to exhibit. Please look at the Agenda page for a full view of the conference line-up, additional speakers and sessions will be added as they are confirmed.

Please read the descriptions below of the registration types to determine which is the best fit for you! If you have any questions, please contact staff@iapublictransit.org. 


Exhibitor/Sponsor: Select this option if you would like to sponsor or exhibit at the IPTA Annual Meeting & Training Conference. 


ROADEO Participant/Attendee: Select this option if you will be a ROADEO driver participant, judge or other volunteer and will not be attending any conference sessions. You will have the option to indicate if you plan to attend the Driver & Awards dinner on Friday, June 7th. 


Driver & Awards Dinner: Select this option if you will only be attending the Driver and & Awards dinner on Friday, June 7th. 


Training Conference: Select this option if you will only be attending the IPTA Annual Meeting & Training Conference on June 5-7 and will not be attending the Driver & Awards dinner or the ROADEO. 


Training Conference & ROADEO: Select this option if you plan to attend both the IPTA Annual Meeting & Training Conference and participate in the ROADEO, including the Driver & Awards Dinner on Friday, June 7th, and/or the ROADEO on Saturday, June 8th.
